About the Founder's Formula

The Founder's Formula is Lionheart Coaching Academy's flagship leadership journey for ambitious young people who are ready to stop drifting and start leading their own lives. We borrow one simple, powerful idea from aviation: every great flight starts with a flight plan. Most students are handed a generic checklist — grades, activities, college, repeat. The Formula does something different. Through our Flight Management System, each student gets a personalized flight path: the right module, at the right moment, for where they actually are. Identity comes before direction. Direction comes before building. And a real project comes before chasing mentors and opportunities — because by then, your student has something worth bringing to the table. Your student will move from "I think I might like some things" to "here's who I am, here's where I'm going, and here's what I'm building." That's not a course outcome. Lionheart Coaching Academy

We started Lionheart Coaching Academy because we kept meeting brilliant young people with no map for their own potential. They had the drive — what they lacked was a flight plan. So we built one.
